A BIT ABOUT ME

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the right path for you; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of positive physical and mental fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regimes by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients, whatever the challenge.

OUTDOOR AND HOME PT

A Healthier You

For those who can not or do not want to go to the gym, I currently deliver Personal Training either at your home or suitable outside space in the Great Notley and Braintree Area.


Please Note: Post COVID-19 depending on government advice PT session will be available outdoors in a 1-2-1 setting strictly observing social distancing rules and any equipment used, if needed, will be sanitised using method or ecover antibacterial between every client.

Suggestions for suitable personal outdoor/home equipment can be given depend on personal situations, such as a yoga mat or suspension trainer.

GROUP FITNESS

Training together in a group will improve your health and have you feeling great, the social aspects and upbeat style for Group Fitness make it really motivating, hold you more accountable and can be a very cost and time effective way to train.

I take a variety of indoor and outdoor classes including:
